Am based in Kharadi, Pune.
Had a nightmarish experience of using Tikona for 2 months.I moved to a new place and only reason for considering Tikona was quick responsiveness on installation and least documentation .
Well, it was a bad decision - the only reason to go for a internet provider should be it's speed, consistenty of network and issue resolution promptness.
well, Tikona disappointed on all the above counts.within 2 months, I raised close to 20 support issues.had hardware change thrice, finally decided enough is enough. they closed the account after one month of raising my closure request, so that they can bill me extra.
I am glad the internet nightmare is over.I use BSNL now and feels so good even at BSNL low levels of service:) since my Tikona benchmark was so under the water.
