TIKONA can b defined in a single line that is WORST OF WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE TOWN.
Its been 3 months that I have made payment to them but till now I am not able to use their services at all.
I am very much fed by their customer support. I have almost called 100 of times to them, everytime I call, I tell my issue story from starting and at the end I got only one answer we are assigning technical expert.
Only technical expert was assigned every time but no resolution given.
Through this platform I would like to alert you people dont go for this service.

Now its almost half a month. They are irritating me by calling again and same story continue. How unprofessional people you are.
Please dont call me if cant refund my amount. Its humble request.?
