Hey guys, I brought 3 months plan of 6Mbps for Rs 2100. including GST. From day 1 I am getting only 14kbps. I use to call customer service everyday, after 25 days they finally approved for disconnection. They telling me I will only get refund for 2 months as I was disconnected after 25 days. I lost rupees of 1 month. Hey guys specially living kurla west mumbai please do not use tikona net connection
