I am paying for 4MBPS speed but I am getting only 1MBPS sometimes/ 0.3 MBPS always If I talk to Customer care support team, there are saying with in 8 hours of time issue will be resolve but I waited for 4 days still same issue I am facing.
It is cheating the customer by not providing the speed and these people don't maintain the business ethics. Government should cancel the licensee like these people and companies.
Don't do the business like these, directly ask the people provide some fund in begging manner.
These people don't know about the rupee values of customer and playing with customer needs with cheap tricks to get money whatever way it is.
I would suggest don't take the Tikona ever ever .
