I have been using Tikona for about a year now and would not recommend it to anybody. I didn't have Airtel broadband coverage in my area hence went for Tikona service.
Customer service is very bad, with slow resolution and you need to do multiple followups via call to get the issue fixed. Frequent network disconnections and very slow speed, not even close to what you have subscribed for.Would not recommend this service to anyone.
