I had a tikona connection in 2011. The band width of there singles in my area were poor but they told that yes the service is good. I was unable to access my internet at any time. Need to call customer care every time, every day. but only 48 hrs these people says & no-body appears. Lost more than Rs/- 50, 000 deal, just because of poor support & service.
Applied for disconnection which took almost 4 months, and after disconnection, my refund is still waiting. Now whenever call to customer support they says with in 48hrs there support team will verify the disconnection & money will be refunded in 1 month. No-body appears for past 8 months & no calls from there end.
Don't now what to do.......
One more information.....
These support people attach one device on the top of the building, & that too they don't tell you that some device is on the top of the building, which is in your name & if lost we are responsible.
And what these people does is they take out the device & sell in the market or apply at other place, & when your internet does not work & you fill a complain the person will come & tell you that device is missing which is in your name. You have to take care of it. Now either pay Rs 2000/- for new device or file a FIR for lost of device. Such a pathetic people are they.
I will advice not to use Tikona Internet, go for any one but not for this one.
