Its been 3 months I took the connection. Endless problems. Sick of listening to customer care excuses. Half of the month connection completely down. Now getting less than 2 G speed. When I spoke to customer care they are saying whole zone issues please wait for 2 hrs. Waited for 24 hrs. So called again. Now again they say wait for 2 hrs please.
Do you guys at lest know what r u doing. U r not going to survive. Already most of them(my friends) have disconnected ur connection.
Now for this review I will get a default reply from Tikona asking saying "thank u for bring to to our notice please send an email and we will look into it blah blah blah"
My BSNL BB connection is 1000's better than ur stupid BB
