Really horrible. These guys are thieves.  Their engineers come to home and say that this arra does not have connectivity and still these buggers do not rwturn my 16000 bugs. All tikona owners shouls be put behind bars and screwed for life.

It sucks no matter hiw much complaint u do. Promise speed of 4 mbps. What u get is 100 kbps. And they keep on calling to remove these blogs because ghey think that some msgic tbey have done and now problem is over.  More useless than anything I have ever seen.

It is most uSeless service.mi paid sixteen five hundred for three years for 300 hundred gb thinking that it is better to pay once. These guys were so pathetic after taking this much they did not come and when I called they said we want, 185 more else we will not activate. Speed s so bad and downtime is after every ten minutes. I have not choice but to continue as I have paid for three years. Their wifi routers are also old and they say it is company policy. Bullshit it is. Pl don't take tikona. Take mtnl. Far better. These guys are cheap people of highest order. My tikona I'd is 1107061120. Really how these guys are in service sector. Pathetic is not a word for these people. Theif is nice adjective for these guys.
