Today my account got activated and my speedtest shows more than 10MBPS Speed for a 10MBPS plan. Really excited to have tikona connection.
Download Speed varies from 10MBPS to 14MBPS and Upload speed varies from 2-4MBPS solid.
I will have to appreciate the Person named Senthil who has installed tikona at my home. He was very patient, he was very knowledegable(even if he does not know, he will call for others help and will troubleshoot). Last 3 days he worked very patiently and was making me full confident with the demo connection. Since I was very happy about the way he presented the demo, I immediately decided to make the payment right away and took the connection today.
Even the activation did not take more than 2 hours.
