Tikona is a fraud companyHi, I m using Tikona since few months, and I can say, they are the worst service providers with lack of technical assistance, bad network, they say 5 mbps but speed which you get is less than 0.5, They are shameless provider who can never solve your problem saying technical issue. Today in the world of 50 - 100mbps speed getting 0.5 mbps which too sometimes and when their customer care has no power everytime for every small problem saying technical problem, in 72 hours your problem will be solved and that never solves. I had paid 1100 rs for 50gb plan on 17th jan and they first say sir the money is paid on 17th december, when I tell them to check the message they say yes it was 17th jan but we are not sure how your money got exhausted in 3 days, 50 gb with 0.5 mbps speed in 3-4 days, do you believe this, Is this some kind of joke. and answer from customer care team who can never spell our name properly say we dont know sir how that happened, some technical problem, we will inform our back office team for that and wait for 72 hours, This is a real joke, better* off tikona. I have donate you that money.
