I am using tikona for almost 8 months, stating it is working fine for past 4 months I am not getting more then 12kbps. I raised disconnection request more then 5 time. Even they are billing me and saying you used 10mb this month so we are billing. Still they are working on resolving the issue not disconnected the connection.
Don't go for tikona, they will cheat you very silently you even don't know that.
