Using Tikona Broadband has been a very good experience.


I have been using it for nearly an year now. Apart from on rare occasions, I have been receiving uninterrupted connection and speed according to my plan. But in last week I was not able to connect to internet. I raised my issue with the customer care, after checking from their system the customer service agent promised me to send a technician to my place for sorting the issue in next 48 hours.


The Tikona technician came to my home and examined the equipment provided by Tikona and said that all was fine at my end, but maybe there is an issue with their transmitter from where I receive my connection. He said that he will try to solve it as soon as possible.


That evening I received a call from the customer service agent I spoke to earlier, who said that there is a major issue with the transmitter and it would take atleast a 4 days to get the problem solved. He said that I won't be charged for the period of time till I'm again able to use the internet, he apologized for the caused inconvenience.


I was really impressed by the way the customer care person handled the situation and also followed up with me. The waiver which Tikona provided me with is also commendable as not many services would do that.
