Please do not go for Tikonna Internet connection. They don't even treat customer as priority. I made a provisional order over the web and followed it up with a call to the customer care for a new Internet connection. No one of their sales or support staffs even mind to call me back after that. Though they have given an SLA of 1 day for getting back on provisional orders they don't seem to have the utmost sensitivity towards customer. I have been calling their customer service 3 or 4 times and everytime they have the same old dialogue "Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you". One customer service guy even went up to the limit of saying all our engineers are busy and we need your understanding. What sort of farce is this? If you guys are busy then are we sitting idle doing nothing? You are not respecting the SLA on the first hand and on top of that you are insulting a prospective customer. If before getting the connection itself service is so poor how can one expect good service after getting the connection.
I am thoroughly disappointed with this callous attitude. Please please think twice before opting for these guys
