I got a tikona connection in Jan 2017 and got frustrated soon after it. I have raised request for disconnection on 09/03/2017 via call to their customer support and again multiple time on email after that. Every time I have got a response that it will be done.
All these are false nhassurances, they do not have direct dial in support number where you can get your issues resolved. On top of this when I paid my bill for March(in full) for the services I am not using - just to get rid of it - they did not send me a confirmation and I have been following up on it to no avail.
SO PLEASE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES - EVEN IF THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE, DO NOT GO FOR A TIKONA CONNECTION EVER!
@TIKONA - JUST IN CASE YOU'D LIKE TO ACT ALL CUSTOMER CENTRIC ON SOCIAL CHANNEL - PLEASE FIND MY USER ID BELOW. I HAVE ALL THE MAIL RECORDS AND CALL RECORDS TO PROVE HOW USELESS YOUR SERVICE AND SUPPORT IS.
