This is to report the worst service attitude towards their customers
Tikona User ID- 1109353925, is being used from couple of years, (50GB @ INR 1250 pack) I was able to use only 2 GB of 50 GB)
Since the beaning of this service connectivity was bad, we requested TECH visit many time and each time someone visited and corrected, and from next day same bad connectivity and slow speed.
On 29th Sep I requested for cancellation, it took me 2 hrs to make a request for cancellation no 1-3685017355 that too mentioning that all services are good and I am moving out of country otherwise they could had never accepted by request.
So far no progress for the disconnection and now I had stopped aishwaryasingh23ing bills, and as per them connection will be disconnected if not paid(as per email) and on call I mentioned its good that this would be disconnected and I will close the case by aishwaryasingh23ing due amount.
The representative told me they will not disconnect until I aishwaryasingh23. My concern is I will aishwaryasingh23 the due amount as soon as they disconnect.
However they would want to keep the meter running without any concern towards the customer.
Please do not use their services as they will treat you like life long tied customer.
