I bought new connection of tikona in july after 3 days it unable to work. I complained to costumer service but no one can respond to me. They always told to me that sir our engineer come to your home tomorrow. Daily they told same thing but no one come. After 10 their engineer comes to my home to resolve the problem.
I also called the person who installed the broadband to my home but he can't picked up my call.
About speed of net, it is bad. I buy 4 mbps plan and only 1 mbps is comes. Sometimes net connection lost many times in day.
Its a very bad Isp.
