1) Technical support don have idea of broadband. They know 2 sentence "sir please restart your pc. Sir please restart your device
2) Sales representative will not pick up your call after you have paid a large amount to him.
3) Engineer who will come to your home is **hardly class 10 pass and he has no idea of wifi router.
4)there is limitation in all unlimited plan, but there was no tiny star in the liflet.
5) service will remain faulty 2-3 days in a week.
