Beginning just after the Demo Day followed by my Subsription to the Bill Free Plan (on 14-Dec) ONLINE via my Credit Card, there is no response till now on when my installation shall be done.
I am continuously following up on emails and Call center, not received any update
My credit card is already charged with 3300/- and there is yet no service and no response.
Now, I did call the call center and advice them that in case they are not responding to me my today, I am going to log a dispute with the Card Company and ask them to recover my payment on terms of no service given.
This has been a completely horrifying and disgusting experience till now.
Hence, i would not recommend anyone taking any kind of service from tikona.
