I have Tikona broadband services for an year ans was extremely frustated with its services .
Not only the speed was slow in my area and to get in touch with customer care it will take a lot of time .
They didn't had sufficient tower in our place which they didn't used to admit when a complain was registered for slow connectivity .
when I got the Tikona disconnected after few months I received a mail that I have not submitted the device which was installed at my place when I got it disconnected but the fact was I and my owner both of us submitted the device but they sent us the bill to pay the price for device .
Ultimately my owner used strict language to make them understand to stop such kind of harassment to customers.
