Half the time the service of Tikona is not available. Everyday there is some or the other problem and the internet stays disconnected for two hours or more. Customer care executives aren't really helpful in providing answers. The only thing they say when contacted is the tower has got disconnected due to some power issues. Imagine an ISP giving this stupid reason in South Mumbai Area where there is never a power issue.
Most Important point about Customer Service:
They never connect your call when there is an issue going on in your area. The call automatically disconnects with a recorded message saying the issue will resolve within 8 hours. How can a person work when every 2 or 3 days you shut off the service for 8 hours!
Speed
Internet Speed is good but of no use as half the time the service is not available. Not recommended for office work because they disconnect the service during peak hours and off hours it works fine.
