Customer id-UID-1103896350. I have been using tikona for almost 1and half year, it was working fine and I was thinking to upgrade the plan, but from last 3-4 months its been so much suffering that I just want to get rid of it. It stopped working since last 3 month with connecting hardly once a week or less and then stopped completely. Even after making multiple complains, no executive was ready to come and they change the ticket to problem solved, so I had fresh complain again.


When bill got accumulated they followed up and their executive came and solved the issue. I payed the bill and connection worked hardly 2-3 day and never got connected again, I followed multiple times to get it solved but no body came solve it. Then I asked to cut the connection, again they assured it will be solved, but no body turned up actually to sole the problem, but they kept on sending bills, now they are following up to pay last two month bills but ready to solve the problem.


They are accusing  me that I have been using net-connection but I was not.  I just want to get rid of tikona and don't want to pay any money any more but they are not disconnecting it , nor they will solve the problem just keep on sending bills. God save me from Tikona.
