Request everyone to read my comments below as well.
I am paying 1400 every month to tikona ISP. They are the worst service providers. Irrespective of my regular complaints in last 6 months they have never taken any concrete action to resolve the problem. The first thing I am going to figure out now is to find out how to approach TRAI to ensure that they are penalized or infact how their license can be revoked. Seems like technical staff and management is incompetent to run this business. I would recommended anybody reading this review to never go for tikona broadband. Thier sole business is to harass the customers and still make money out of it.
