Tikona -- Team of Thiefs. Review on Tikona WiBro

I used Tikona for two years. In the first year it was good they provide awesome support and awesome internet speed but after one year don't know what happen they changed their team or what else I don't know support become weird.

I started getting low speed and when I checked on their speed meter they shows full speed but when in checked on Speedtest.net it shows me less then the half when I discuss the same thing with the customer care they always started arguing with me. Even when I escalate the issue to their supervisor they only support their team members and started misbehaving and call disconnects. even I escalate the issue to nodal but didn't get the reply. after all this harassment. I decided to disconnect the connection.

So in the month of December I called to customer care I requested them to disconnect the connection. now their game starts they knew very well how to ford with the customers they said within a week you will get the call from our team for the disconnection I said I don't want to use even a single minute and I have already purchased another connection he said if you don't want to use then you can plug out the wire from the system we will bill you only upto today date I said OK. Now after 10 days I got the call for the retention I discuss complete issue with him they are ready to provide me same plan in nearly half rate. I said I am already very disappointed with you guys and opted another company. They said ok and disconnect the call but didn't disconnect the connection after one month I received the bill of complete one month I discussed with the customer care and they said we have no such rules and you have to pay the full amount and may be the executive gives you some wrong information and said then please mark complaint against the executive who gives me the wrong information but he denied to take the complaint too. but surprisingly connection still didn't disconnect yet. I told him to atleast disconnect my connection but he said I can take request only and took the complaint. I didn't pay the amount because it is the wrong bill.

Now after 13 days my connection goes to suspend mode due to non payment. and started getting call I told them I am ready to pay the amount but first disconnect the connection and correct the bill because I will not pay the complete amount even bill also including that 13 days amount too . Genuinely I have to pay only 300 bucks but they made the bill of Rs.900 nearly after 2 month I received a call that I didn't paid my bill which is Rs.3000 and I need to pay the full amount and the call is from Tis Hazari court I got scared. they said amount is for the bill of rs 1500 with panelty and rs 1500 is for device. I said company are doing frod with me my bill is only rs 300 and you are asking for rs 3000. if you put the device just come and get your device I have nothing to do with device but their executive are not coming to collect it. So that girl said you just pay rs 3000 in full and then I will raise your query with company as I am lawyer and provide you complete amount of yours I said ok. I didn't knew that it is the call from recovery agency I was so scared at that time. and paid the full amount afte that number goes switchoff. and even customer care denied to help me.

This is my experience with tikona. and strongly unhappy with the tikona. because service is bad but when you quit tikona they become enemy of yours.
