I am the current customer to Tikona and my user ID is 1112763122.
This is the worst service provider I have ever experienced. When I raise an issue regarding connectivity issue with them, with out resolving issue I used to get a confirmation message confirming that your issue been resolved. Due to this a had to spend atleast 10 days with out connection. while paying the bill I payed the after 10 days to my due date to trade off my no connectivity and the fine is 100/- so I had to bear 10 days connection issue and extra 100 rupees.
Can any one suggest me to get the good service provider in Hyderabad. I want to come out of Tikona.
