Hello Guys, I have been using Tikona for more than 3 years. I would give overall ratings of 7/10.
Yes, I did have problems with their frequent disconnection and speed issues. They usually visited my house before 48 hours after the complaint registered. Recently they have started new kind of customer service where we won't speak to any live person on the call but our complaint gets registered by our registered phone number and they start working automatically on it. This is time saving process as we don't have to wait for several minutes on the call to have it connected to the live person, but sometimes it's hectic. It's a mess when we really need to speak to someone it's almost impossible to have it connected to a customer service executive.
I have 4mbps plan and I get speed ranging from 3.8 to 4.2mbps which is a positive point.
Some engineers who visit my home were very dull and they didn't have the answers to my questions. They did their work, checked the speed and left the place. Tikona sends new trainee engineers to their old customers. Although some engineers are very intelligent and explain the exact problem and the precautions to be followed.
Nowadays network connectivity is awesome. I barely need to call the customer service(1-2 times a month)
Still not recommeded for the people with heavy usage of internet but its the best for those who have Medium or Low usage.
