It’s not just that I want to complaint about the product just want to share the pathetic service they provide to end customers.
I have been user of Tikona for one year and at last got it disconnected due to movement of AP (Access point) to unreachable location.
Please read the terms and conditions before opting the Tikona service. They state that TIKONA has rights to take back the service at any point of time.
And also they can disconnect the connection without any prior intimation. They can move their AP to any location without any intimating the users.
In any cost they won’t return your installation chargers without your any mistake.
What I experienced was, they keep moving their AP very now and then and you have to keep calling customer care to get your CPE to connect the AP. So you have keep calling customer care now and then.
As other mentioned customer care response is very very bad. They even do not know proper English and not well tried on the product to support the issues.
Worst part is their nodal officer you cannot reach over phone and you have to write mail to get back to you. So no immediate resolution can be provided.
So please think twice before you opt for Tikona service.
