Actually, I was got a connection from Tikona in 10 days before but it was only connected in my 1st day after that it was not working (Frequent disconnection) so I called to tikona supporting team(customer care).
Yes they are answered my complained call but without a proper response.
Tikona employee are asking money for configure WIFI router.
One of the worst service since and forever. Please avoid get new connection from tikona.
