I used to have this tikona internet a few years back. only good thing about it was it was very affordable. The average speed offered was around 360 kbps and maximum was 1 mbps while the plan mentioned 2 mbps. It worked fine in rainy days. Due to some reason my router got dislocated and internet stopped working. I called customer care and they told they will send a technician and this happend for 2 months. I called almost daily for 2 months but no one came and that was the reason I switched to another provider
