The company connections are based on a profound lie. Initially they will ask you to take a demo and during the demo, you will see that the connection extremely fast. Youtube videos are running without buffer and the browsing speed is also excellent.
However, once you take the connection and enroll for 1 MBPS speed, the pain starts. I used to get average download speed of 40-50 KBPS and browsing youtube was a real pain. Even their call center agents were not helpful and rude at times.
However, the actual pain started when I asked them to remove my connection. The average turn around time for disconnection was 45 days back in 2012(I don't know about now) and you will only end up making loads of emails and phone calls without any resolution.
I had extremely bad experience with Tikona and not recommended at all!
