This is to inform you that we booked an order four days back however when we called customer care for inquiry about my order after holding the call for long time I got connected with Supervisor of Tikona's Customer Care and the Supervisor was very rude and he don't even know how to talk with the customers.
Day before yesterday an engineer came our place and he install the Old device and when that device was not able to work again I called to the engineer and he also was very rude and he abuse us and when engineer came to our place to check the connection he changed the device and after that the connection worked properly even today morning internet was worked fine but now its not giving me even 1 Mbps speed however I have taken the plan of 4 Mbps, today in evening when I called to customer care they put my call on hold for 30 Mins and No One was there to talk to me.
When the technician came on the call he only asked me "There is a Tower Problem or that problem is from server end" and that will be resolved in 24 Hours, As always I got the same answer from Engineers and technicians.
IS THERE ANY ONE ABOVE YOU ALL GUYS SO I CAN ESCALATE MY PROBLEM.
I am totally frustrated now and I need my money back. Please cancel my subscription.

You guys dont even have courtesy to understand the problem and still going on abusing the customer.
Mr. Prakash Bajpai your interference is must and request you to please give me my deposite of RS 2600/- and take your connection back.
If it is not done then I will be forced to go to the Customer forum.
AND PLEASE DO HAVE SOME COURTESY TO ATLEAST MAIL THE CUSTOMER ABOUT THE STATUS.
