Pathetic, unreliable internet connection. Most of the times the internet will not be available or disconnect frequently.

Pathetic Customer care only includes long wait on phone and then call attendants. By the time the call reaches executive, your connection comes back and executive tells you that there is no problem. They don't understand your problem and tell you that the problem will be solved withing 24 hours magically. No technician ever visits and checks the problem.

Impossible to get rid of Tikona. They Never take your request for termination of services. They keep sending bills with penalties month on month. There is no such thing as'unsubsribe'.

I had kept tikona as secondary connection for more than 2 years, and it doesn't deserve even the secondary status.
