I had taken a ADULH750K plan for 6 months on May 30, 2012, Service ID 1106588542. The activation was done from Jun.2.


I had paid 3900 through net banking , out of which the plan expires on Nov 6th 2012 and the amount payable for the said period is Rs3349 alone. I had paid 551 in excess. I had shifted to a new home on Oct 10th 2012, which is one month ahead of the date when my plan expires. I applied for a shift, and I bought all the accessories with me.


On 15 Oct a person(Krishna) from Tikona comes to me home, after testing for signal he concluded that there was no connectivity and he took back the Wibro device along with all the accessories and wrote me an acknowledgement receipt as well. He also said I will get the refund for the excess amount


As the device has been taken away from me, I thought they should have closed the account. But I started getting repeated calls saying whether I had returned back the device. I kept cool and was answering with utmost patience.


On Dec  11,  I received an email from the recovery department, again going back to square one which made me wild along with that they were asking me to pay 3503 + 1500 for device which they claim to have not received  whereas they owe me 551, and I replied with the evidence along with the letter provided by Krishna. For the next 10 days there were no sound from them.


I just checked my account, it still shows active. but there is no session data post 9th of October, as well as I had returned the device on 15th.Are they thinking that I will still able to browse in a house where I don't reside anymore and with the device they had taken away.I never seen such an inefficient system anywhere.


I wrote to their Nodal officer J.Nair on 21st Dec, but he has'nt replied till now.


I got a call on 25-02-2013 from a number 9026242290, who was literally threatening me to pay the dues on that day or he will file a case against me in Delhi High court.


He was talking in a broken English from a call center, was not even ready to hear what I had to say, finally I lost my cool saying that I had already written to customer care and will not pay, as they are the ones who owe me the money.


I tracked that number it goes to Lucknow, from the background sound it looks like some railway station platform. Tikona's lawyers are also frauds just like the service.


Instead of running an ISP, these guys can start begging. After this one joker will reply to this posting and say it is resolved.


Updated on 20-3-2013: Finally after so many emails, they replied that the account is closed and sent me an email confirmation.Hope I never hear the word Tikona in my life, even if that is the last option, I will tell myself that I am living in a pre-internet era and live with that.


Updated on 27-6-2013: Again I got a call from one of their "High Court Lawyers" he called from 011-48121450 , I bet that as could not even spell that word as he could not talk in English at all, I told him that he had called up a supreme court judge, which he failed to understand, finally I abused him and left him to talk on his own. It was hilarious talking to these clowns. Mr. J(oker) Nair, I don't know what you are doing about this company.
