15 Days back I had seen a adv. and called to their customer care. A person came to my place and did a demostration and checked the feasibilliy, I got surprized, speed was good as 2MPBS. So I applied for a connection. They told connection will be done within 48 Hours. I made the payment and keep on waiting for 5 days, to time I got the call from customer care to wait at my place as they were sending some person to install the connection. They never came.
After making repetative call, and keep on asking to give me every terms condition in written, one day they informed me that there is no feasibillity at my place. I am still struggling to get my money back. Their customer care told to to write a mail to some mail id, for refund, I wrote and called customer care when they will reply my mail, but they told they are nor resposible to reply the mail.
My suggession to the people are, if you are going with this connection and satishfield with demostration, then dont pay a single penny before they completly do the installation, and get the instant reciept for the money you paid. Some time demostratino people will take more money than installation charge and you will never get to know why they took that extra.
