I asked for disconnection for tikona internet for Id 1106855477.Last day of use was 25th June, 2014.Got a call from retention, after which internet worked fine for 2 days and then stopped again.Followed the same process.
Got call from retention again and this time I asked for disconnection, which they agreed.So no bill and calls in July and now in August, 2014 I have received a bill again.When called tikona, they say they called me again and I din't receive the call so they reactivated my internet without any email or text confirmation.When asked for manager, Csr's hung up me twice on 4 august, 2014.
One of csr's gave his name as Deepak, Team Leader Arti Yadav, who hung up call.It's mental harassment to call tikona and explain every time same thing.Can't tolerate any more.
