I have contacted tikona for a new connection, after several attempts tikona persons install connection at my home in gurgaon, the very next day they say now the connection is not feasible and we will refund your amount, its all done on 24 MAY 2016, and now date is 28.july 2016, more than 2 months, till date no refund check is received and equipments are still hanging at my place . if someone from tikona is looking at this space please help me
