While Browsing The Internet I saw an ad of Tikona Broadband on a website which stated that a free speed Demo will be given at your home, so I visited there website and filled A form giving my personal and address details.
After 4 days a Guy from tikona came at my residence in Raipur, I asked him for that free demo and He said that I have to visit their office for demo because his portable equipments for demo is not working properly, So I agreed and Went to their office which is far away from my home, They showed me the speed of the broadband on their computer by opening the webpages and downloading some random files, I was impressed by their demo speed and they promised that the same speed will be their at my home too.
I paid them 5k which included installation charge and one month bill.
Nex day everything was set up at my home by them and my bad days started. The internet worked only at night properly and at day time it was barely able to open a webpage, This happened with me for a week then I called them and informed about the problem and they said that they will fix it but no one came and for the whole month I faced problems.then I got fed of it and switched to another isp.
