I have been using Tikona form last 6 month or maybe more than that and its true that the service and the rates of the tikona as far as good as the other internet provider avilable in city like Airtel, Bsnl and Relaince. the rates of the TIkona is not to high and very affordable to the students who were living far away from home. Tikona is one of my first option of reference to my friends or anyone who ask me that which ISP have to use for best experience of Wifi or Broadband I always refer Tikona.
The network of the Tikona is almost available in almost every corner of the city. sometime problem may occure when you home length is too deep or the signal is not reachable to your home, but tikona do as much as they can to provide service to you. The billing system of the tikona is very good we mostly pay online and it is good to pay online so that you dont have to run form place to place to fillup the bill. The customer support of the tikona is very polite and very serious about their customer and solve your problems with in 24hours.
Yeh some time or almost every 2 days at night tikona upset be because of the network, almost every two day in a week the tikona network goes to limited and then that is too frustrating and a drawback of the tikona it almost kills me when I was home and I dont have wifi ON.
So the only thing that want to say to tikona that I like your service but the only drawback is the limited problem that is occur to me while using you Internet service.
So I would recommend you to give chance to Tikona
