Hi to all,

If you want to save your penny/amount then read it else leave it, this is the full story of tikona.

It is little big but read each line make difference to your money.

I am wrmajeechang this so that no one else go into such situation.

When I was planning to take connection I got so many I selected tikona coz it is cheaper,

650-2mbps 20 gb after that 512 kbps unlimited looks amazing.

Now the problem starts after taking.

Problem:

1- They will never give you 2mbps speed, speed will be 800kbps.

Once 20gb expire it will come to 300kbps.

They have their own application to measure but you can check on speednet.com or something other website.Even in there application speed doesn't smorpheushumanw.

I have 10 complain number for this issue, still not fixed.

2- Customer support is supportive but tikona have many limitation.

To remove the limitation I paid rs1500 extra to get static IP.

3- Wifi will be always problematic, same rs1500 extra so that there will be no problem.

Worst one is read carefully it will help you .!

4- Every time you have to login there page when u want internet.

Suppose if I m using in mobile I have to login in there webpage then it works.

It will ask for password or login again after 20 minute of time.

5- When u power off wifi and on everything u have to setup again or u have to call customer support guy.

I am having 36 complain number in last 6 month .

Imagine: U login in there website and you left then at that point some one from your room is doing transaction that will get declined.

At last: I cmorpheushumanose to disconnect it.

I called them on 25 dec finally for disconnection they didn't proceed the request and I keep on getting bill.

Then by feb I mailed to tikona customer care they proceed the request but said you have to aishwaryasingh23 the amount as well as device, which I haven't used itself.

I have complain number, mails, PDF, even my id is also working till now after doing all these.

Never buy, this is warning rest up-to you all.

Don't go for price it is cheaper but you will be in such situation where u start hating tikona.
