The worst ISP with frustating customer support

I have been using internet connection from Airtel for BB which has been going well bud decided to reduce my bills and opted for tikona as it was cheaper than airtel.


from the first day I was not working up to the mark but installation team told it will improve. I did a mistake by taking their words at that time. I tried to raise disconnection request multiple times to customer support but promised everytime that it will improve.


And finally I requested for a disconnection of internet connection on 5 Feb 2015(finally . though I raised the first disconnection request in dec followed by in January also but every time it was promised and asked me to wait for 1-3 days to fix the issue and improve internet speed and quality which never improved).


I called back again for confirmation on 7th Feb followed by on 13th Feb then 28 Feb 2015 also and after multiple follow ups finally it got disconnected(received a disconnection call) and required equipment was also returned to the respective engineer.


I never got any calls from them and couldnt check my email in between and Since last 2 days I am getting call from some claim departments saying there is case on me in the court  from Tikona for pending dues of Rs 1600 approx(which is the bill of March and April though devices were removed by tikona team in feb)


It is really frustating and harassing to get these kind of calls. I have been trying to reach customer supprt on call for last 2 days and hearing the IVR only and could nt get to speak with anybody.


Finally one rep picked by accidentally dialing some other extension and to final surprise told that the connection disconnection request is taken by mails only and if the device were disconnected and taken back by separate team, it doesn't matter? and while I was asking he put the phone down on  my face,


This is crap. I will not recommend anybody to use tikona(this is delhi case).
