Tikona BB is worst connection I have ever seen.I am using 6mbps plan but I am getting 512kbps speed.Sometime speed issue is resolved the I don't get proper connectivity they tell it will be resolved within 24 hours and it resolves in 3 days.And again same prob happens.This process goes on again and again I sick and tired of this connection I want to drop this connection.He is insisting me to take this connection.He is simply sending me bills although I am not using this Tikona BB connection.
