I was using Tikona Broadband network when I was I. Bangalore in 2014. It has disappointed me many times. Sometimes with speed drops and sometimes with no internet. And whenever we will complain the issue will be solved in 3-4 days. Due to this half of the month we were not able to use internet. And also the prices were very high.
We were getting 40 GB @10mbps at rs1500 per month.
The speed which we were getting was not even close to 10mbps. The connection and service by Tikona is pathetic.
It has just become a famous name.
I switched to local Broadband and the speeds were awesome. The best part is whenever I call for complain, the guy will come in 15mins. But Tikona failed to provide its service.
