I was using Tikona broad band net since 5 years.
In Feb.2015 it started getting problem, when I called customer care
they said they are unable to provide service in my locality.
One executive came to home and said you have to return modem
and cable, then you will get refund of remaining amount.
I had paid one year subscription for Rs.2000/- in Dec.2014.
I said ok and returned their belongings.
After 6 month passed and there was no refund or response from
company, called to customer care.
They said since it was pre paid amount, it will not be refunded.
I did not asked to terminate my connection.it was your problem
not able to provide service in that area.
How you can charge me for that?
now I am moving to consumer forum and they will decide, who
is at fault.
