I have taken Tikona Broadband and paid for 3 Months in advance including installation.
Over the 3 Months of service I have raised complaints for nearly 10 times if not more and never have anyone visited my place to have a look.
My service was for 70 GB per month and in 3 months I hardly used 70 GB in total.
When I decided to leave the Connection I got numerous calls convincing me to stay with them and that they will improve.
Their disconnection took time, I was expected to pay some lump sump amount as the connection was active which I told I won't pay.
Trust me - I got call from call centers and different people to pay the amount, at least 20+ calls and mails and SMS reminders. I was frustrating.
#Tikona if you want your money so bad; don't you think you should value others' money equally forgot about the pathetic service I got and all unused data that was left out.
I told this over call to many of your exec. and again mentioning her; when you have customer, value them, your business depends on them.
It was a very bad and an unpleasant experience.
