Firstly , tikona is wireless broadband company it offers it customer very good plans but as I have said it's not wired broadband so you have to face the problems. When they will come to your home they will fixed a box as a receiver at the roof of your house so you have put a receiver on your and from that receiver a wire will put given to your house and in this they will charge you huge amount for the wire. 2 thing is you have to login again and again to use the internet this is a big mess. And in the season or a windy cloudy you to take the patience as the will not come due to interruptions. And the customer service very slow not poor but very slow. I would suggest you to go for wired broadband because it give a good speed without interruptions. I will suggest you other companies in the next review. And also I would suggest not to take tikona if you are in a family.
