I have been using Tikona Wifi broadband services for last one year. My Tikona User ID is: 1108874407.
However I have been using this broadband services for a long time but I never get a perfect speed that they committed. Initially I was using 4Mbps speed, 15GB @ Rs.650 plan. But I didn’t get the 4mbps speed. In-fact I never get the speed of 1mbps. I called customer care but they didn’t solve my problem.
Now I decided to change the plan from Rs. 650 per month to Rs. 800 per month.
Rs.800 plan gives 4mbps speed and 30 GB data for one month.
But I now I am facing the same problem. There are no speed at this plan also. They are committed 4 mbps speed but I am not getting a .5mbps speed. Sometimes I was unable to open a website Google.com, Sometimes the login page not open.
Most of the time I see “the page can’t be displayed” and “No internet connection”
I called customer services many times but they respond me that your internet is running perfectly. And this was the so irritating response for me.
I am staying in J Block, Sector-12, Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad, UP, India
Finally I decided to leave Tikona services.
I highly requesting to all not to use Tikona Broadband services otherwise you will also suffer like me.
