I was in malad west newly shifted on rental so needs some new things I decided one of its tikona WiFi which I used for around one yrs I took plan of 2/mb for 1080 with tax and all there are good offer on quarterly.
So I paid for 3 month in advance, that speed was good some time down but fyn some time it gave some error code which I have to call on customer care which is not so confusing to call its easy they sent their Technician with 24hrs n he resolve the bug over all was very smooth then my rent contract over need to shift some other place so as per their policy
I mail them one month notice in that month I used only 13 day because they bill you around middle of month I payed full month they stop my service as per but again next month they billed me full month I mail them they said its our policy we charge bla bla bla bla I called customer care they said we have not received any detail but I had prof of it I said let fight when I m right so this fight when on for 6 months they tortured me by calling n calling sending people on my place you know how they harass us for, but I made my mind y to pay then I started do same to them they mail so I it when on n they gave up. 2* for speed n technical support team.
