Frequent disconnections & Worst Customer Service

I have tikona connection. Which had frequent disconnection issues. Technical department could never sort it out. Customer care department doesn't know half of the things. No coordination between internal department. No proper system updates which can give customer proper satisfactory replies.


Then I applied for disconnection in Feb, 2012. But its still due. Customer care person said I will forward your request, but nothing happens and I get another bill for March. I called up customer care again then they said put a email to us for disconnection. Retention department calls up which goes without giving me any solution. Since then I am getting calls from recovery department to pay bill for last 2 months. Whereas I had been told that I have to pay advance bill every month. That way my last bill was paid on Jan 30, 2012 I am sure it was for Feb month(paid in advance). But now recovery department people say that it was for Jan and your Feb and March bills are pending. I wrote email for disconnection on 4th March, 2012. Still got a bill for entire March month. Which is not acceptable.


My disconnection request is still pending with them without proper solution.


Tikona sucks!
