Tiger Zinda Hai is the sequel of the popular Salman Khan movie Ek Tha Tiger starring Salman Khan as Tiger and Katrina Kaif as Zoya and Paresh Rawal on supporting role. I have watched the movie and I am sharing my opinion regarding this movie in the review.
Plot: The plot is based on the real-life incident when Indian nurses had been rescued from the hostage of terrorist in Iraq by Indian RAW agents. However, the heroic story has totally been demolished in the cinema. The story begins exactly from where it had been left out in Ek Tha Tiger. Salman ( Tiger) plays the role of Indian RAW agent and Katrina as the ISI agent Zoya. Tiger had left the RAW agency to settle with his wife Zoya but is always ready to give his best for the nation. Tiger's ex-boss Shenoy wants him to rescue 25 Indian nurses from the hostage of the terrorists and Zoya to rescue the 15 Pakistani nurses. From here begins the boring Salman Khan show where he does impossible task to rescue. This may grab the audience attention and reign in box-office but nit the case for me. The same stunts, the same meaningless dialogues - so much boring.
Performance: About performance of the actors, I must say it is below par. Salman Khan is letting his acting skills down the slope. For Katrina Kaif the movie is still another Hindi learning process. Apart from some humerous scenes from Paresh Rawal, nothing much to speak about the performance hence I rated 2 star on the category.
Music: There 3 songs played in the movie one of those plays at the end credit roles. The item number Swag se swagat is a little entertaining but the others are not. Background music is not much suitable for the story line.
Cinematography: The true story has totally been ruined in the movie. With Salman and Katrina doing almost impossible stunts makes the movie more comic. At a point Salman kills almost 200 terrorists without a single bullet hitting him. It is toouch ridiculous.
Overall I rate it as an ordinary Salman movie that hits the screen every now and then.
