Thyrocare Test: Basic Metabolic Profile (44 Parameters)* Rs. 799 in Bangalore. I had availed the above mentioned package through HealthKart on 7-Aug-2012. This product is average as we need to follow up with Thyrocare for each and everything.
I faced the below issues.
1) Booked this through Healthkart on 7-Aug-2012 by paying Rs99. No one contacted me for 10 days i.e. till 17-Aug-2012 though website says that customer executives will be in touch within 1-3 working days. Hence I had to follow up with Thyrocare.
2) I had opted for Home Service through HealthKart. However Thyrocare executive made it as walk-in collection. I had to follow up and fight with the customer care executive for this. Finally they agreed for home collection.
3) Sample collection time slot given was 7:30 AM. However actual collection happened only at 9:15 AM after 2 phone calls.
4) Next day I received the report and only 25 parameters were present instead of 44!!. The 19 parameters related to Haemogglobin and Average Blood Glucose were missing.
I had to mail the customer care executive again for this and they accepted that it was mistake at their end and said that the sample would be collected again for the remaining tests.
Surprisingly the next day the person came ON TIME to collect the blood sample and personally handed over the reports to me the following day.
