WORST Service by Throcare Ranchi,
The incident happened with my Mother, I gave blood sample at Ratu Road, Ranchi Center on 14th Jan 2016. Thyrocare misplaced the sample and told me to re-give the sample. But, collection center refused to send the sample because they have not received the mail from Thyrocare. So, after piering twice for a test(you can imagine the pain), I dont have report and hence I missed the doctor appointment second time. So, Beware of Thyrocare. You can rely on local investigation center or SRL or LAL Pathology, but never on Thyrocare.
